Are you passionate about helping the hardest to reach young people? We are always looking for experienced and enthusiastic tutors and skills coaches to join our pool of staff working with students on a variety of learning activities, including the delivery of City & Guilds functional skills English and mathematics. Our ideal candidates will have experience working with young people with additional needs or a keen interest to develop their skills in this area.

Our skills coaches work with young people on their engagement, personal development and employability shaping and implementing creative education programmes that meet each student’s individual needs, interests and aspirations.
Our tutors are also excellent at building rapport with young people and provide high quality learning experiences to students across a range of subjects including English and mathematics.
