Stakeholder feedback

We work very closely with our stakeholders (including students, families and funders) are are therefore receiving constant feedback which helps shape our ways of working.

We undertake a student questionnaire twice a year and a parent/carer survey annually to capture feedback formally and to identify areas for development. Some headlines are included below:

Parent/carer questionnaire (Jun 2023)

100% of parents ‘strongly agreed’ or ‘agreed’ with the following statements:

All parent/carers, apart from one, ‘strongly agreed’ or ‘agreed’ that:

  • My child/young person has received effective social, emotional and mental health support from Lapwing

  • Lapwing make me aware of what my child/young person will learn and the activities they will complete during the year

What would you change about your Lapwing programme?     What makes a Lapwing session good or interesting?       What makes a Lapwing session bad or boring? What would you like to do more of at Lapwing?   Are there any other comments you would like to make?
